We are pleased to share two new posters showcasing key outputs of the RESPONSE project, which were presented at the Black Sea Common Maritime Agenda Stakeholder Conference 2026 (CMA 2026) in Burgas, Bulgaria.
🔹 The RESPONSE Roadmap: A guide to develop trainings for preparedness & response for marine pollution incidents
The Roadmap translates the project’s experience into a practical seven-phase framework, guiding organisations from the identification of training needs and co-creation of curricula to implementation, evaluation, refinement and, ultimately, institutionalisation. Designed as a replication guide, it supports the wider uptake and adaptation of the RESPONSE approach beyond the project itself.
🔹 The RESPONSE Digital Toolkit
Our second poster presents the project’s open-access training platform, bringing together the knowledge and materials developed through RESPONSE in one user-friendly digital environment. The Toolkit provides ready-to-use core curricula, individual courses, a Builder Tool for creating customised curricula, and a personalised User Corner, supporting flexible and accessible capacity building for different audiences and marine pollution challenges.
Presented during CMA 2026, the two posters offered the opportunity to share RESPONSE’s key results with Black Sea stakeholders and highlight two complementary legacies of the project: a practical methodology for designing effective training programmes and a digital platform for putting training into practice.
Explore them and discover how RESPONSE tools and experience can support future training, cooperation and capacity building for a more prepared and resilient Black Sea region.
