The RESPONSE project developed a user-centred platform – the RESPONSE Digital Toolkit (www.response-toolkit.com) – to equip stakeholders across the Black Sea region with the resources needed to effectively prepare for and respond to marine pollution incidents.

The RESPONSE Digital Toolkit brings together high-quality training materials and curricula in one accessible space, serving practitioners, policymakers, educators, and NGO representatives alike. The platform offers two core features:

· A comprehensive library of ready-to-use curricula spanning diverse pollution types, thematic areas, and stakeholder profiles — available for download and adaptation for national or regional training purposes.

· An interactive Curriculum Builder that allows users to generate tailored training programmes based on specific pollution scenarios, topics, and target audiences.

Through a flexible, competence-based approach, the RESPONSE Digital Toolkit supports marine and coastal professionals in strengthening operational readiness, fostering coordination, and building more resilient response capacities across the Black Sea basin.
