The event, hosted at the University of the Aegean, marked the return to in-person gatherings after five years, bringing together a dynamic mix of stakeholders from academia, industry, and policymaking. The congress provided a valuable platform for building connections and fostering collaborations with national and international stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The congress, centered around the theme &#8220;Integrating Research and Scientific Collaboration to Foster Sustainability of the Blue Economy,&#8221; covered a wide array of topics through scientific sessions, keynote speeches, and invited lectures from renowned researchers across Europe.
